Work Environment

The role involves regular exposure to various kitchen conditions, including heat, humidity, and contact with food products.

Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to perform the following:

  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Engage in physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
Position Details

This is a non-exempt position, with a work schedule that may vary based on the operational needs of the property.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; formal culinary training or an associate degree in culinary arts is preferred.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a culinary leadership role is preferred.
  • Certification in Safe Food Handling is required.
