- Accurately manage product quantities and ensure proper storage in designated areas.
- Organize and assemble containers, maintaining a systematic supply inventory.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork among associates to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and uphold product safety standards at all times.
- Perform tasks using heavy machinery, demonstrating the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures for all assigned areas.
- Sort, label, and store products securely in containers or on pallets.
- Engage in team meetings and communicate any issues to management promptly.
- Execute all job functions in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- Experience with heavy equipment is advantageous.
- A TWIC Card is preferred.
- 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend and overtime availability may be required.
- Ability to carry, lift, and move items weighing up to 55 lbs as 25% of the workday involves physical exertion.
- 85% of the workday requires standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions is expected 90% of the time.
- Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels for 80% of the day.
- Utilization of heavy machinery, often at heights exceeding 50 feet, is a significant part of the role.
