Job Summary
  • Perform planned maintenance on all lift truck makes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Identify and address items needing attention to maintain MHE in safe operating condition.
  • Travel to job sites using a company-owned vehicle, transporting tools and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain and manage paperwork related to maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all related safety regulations and techniques as outlined in the employee manual and company safety policies.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and procedures for disposing hazardous waste and materials.
  • Read and understand service manuals to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Keep the company service vehicle clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Work independently and effectively with various employees within the company, including technicians, office staff, and managers.
  • Maintain a valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Prior lift truck experience is a plus but not required.
