Reports To: Fleet Manager/Territory Service Manager
Job Summary- Perform planned maintenance on all lift truck makes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Identify and address items needing attention to maintain MHE in safe operating condition.
- Travel to job sites using a company-owned vehicle, transporting tools and equipment as needed.
- Maintain and manage paperwork related to maintenance activities.
- Follow all related safety regulations and techniques as outlined in the employee manual and company safety policies.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and procedures for disposing hazardous waste and materials.
- Read and understand service manuals to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
- Keep the company service vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
- Work independently and effectively with various employees within the company, including technicians, office staff, and managers.
- Maintain a valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Prior lift truck experience is a plus but not required.
