Apprentice Building Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building Engineer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As an Apprentice Building Engineer, you will assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of building systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
- Assist in the implementation of new building systems and technologies
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of building systems
- Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- 1+ year of experience in a facilities maintenance or engineering role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; specific licenses or certifications may be required depending on location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
