As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, which provides support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficient system operation.
- Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to extend the life of building machinery and systems.
- Review inspection reports to ensure building systems are operating within design capabilities and meet environmental conditions.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
- Universal CFC certification is preferred.
- Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
- Prior shift management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually.
