About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Transformation Strategist to drive critical technology transformation initiatives across our group. As a key member of our Transformation Program leadership team, you'll lead innovative programs of work using a data-driven and agile approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze current areas of the business that will change as part of the transformation initiative.
  • Provide insights to senior leadership from data gathered and ensure proactive communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to facilitate activities required to enable sign-off on changes with the business.
  • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a senior Strategy or Transformation role in consulting and/or corporate.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in significant enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and frameworks, and project management.
  • Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
