About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a single point of contact for all IT-related issues to senior management
  • Troubleshoot desktop technologies and mobile devices
  • Coordinate technology service offerings available via the firm
  • Field non-standard technology requests
  • Provide home support visits as needed
  • Support quarterly meetings for Executives and Directors
  • Liaise with global IT service teams
  • Communicate scheduled outages and IT initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in the technology service space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced/financial services environment preferred
  • Experience supporting Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
