About the Role

The Member Services Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all members and guests are aware of and comply with our policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Member Service Lead and General Manager to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including our membership options and promotions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
