Key responsibilities include identifying target demographics, supporting marketing efforts, guiding students through the admissions process, and representing the university in various settings.
Core Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment journey, providing essential information about educational opportunities and available support resources.
- Oversee the communication strategy for prospective students, addressing inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Engage in recruitment activities by visiting high schools, attending educational fairs, and participating in community outreach events.
- Design and deliver informative presentations tailored to diverse audiences, focusing on the university's offerings and the benefits of higher education.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions to enhance relationship management and improve enrollment outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships with high school staff, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the university's programs.
- Lead recruitment efforts for specific demographics, including at-risk populations and concurrent high school students, while also supporting broader recruitment initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate campus visits and tours for prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with various departments to create and implement integrated marketing and recruitment strategies.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and managing content for digital platforms.
- Represent the university in community and professional organizations as needed.
- Support the Admissions Office by processing applications and evaluating incoming documents.
- Train and oversee student workers and volunteers as required.
- Contribute to university-wide retention strategies relevant to this role.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of operational guidelines.
- Complete all required training and participate in professional development opportunities annually.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
