Core Responsibilities:

  1. Guide prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment journey, providing essential information about educational opportunities and available support resources.
  2. Oversee the communication strategy for prospective students, addressing inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and digital platforms.
  3. Engage in recruitment activities by visiting high schools, attending educational fairs, and participating in community outreach events.
  4. Design and deliver informative presentations tailored to diverse audiences, focusing on the university's offerings and the benefits of higher education.
  5. Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions to enhance relationship management and improve enrollment outcomes.
  6. Build and nurture relationships with high school staff, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the university's programs.
