Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various specialties within the organization.
- Collaborating with hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting positions and conducting interviews to negotiating salaries and extending offers.
- Mentoring and supervising Talent Acquisition Partners and providing feedback and guidance on best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of physician recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Valid Oklahoma State Driver's License and acceptable driving record if operating a personal or INTEGRIS-owned vehicle for work-related purposes.
