Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong grasp of construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance processes.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications accurately.
