Job Description

Pinnacle Infotech Inc is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Support: Welcome new clients to Pinnacle Infotech Inc, familiarize them with our processes, documentation, and service standards, and communicate their priorities within our teams.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the subject matter expert to our India Production team on matters of trade or Canada construction standards, intervening when necessary to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Represent Pinnacle Infotech Inc, ensuring optimal success for clients by being well-versed in our service offerings and positioned to augment the volume of work through cross-selling, upselling, or referrals.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to a knowledge database by leveraging knowledge about each assigned client's organizational structure, services, business growth objectives, and scope of work to enrich the data in our CRM for leadership and Business Development teams.
  • Account Management: Address any business matters on accounts, such as delinquent payments, RFPs/proposal submissions, contractual changes, terms and conditions of service, and offboard clients ensuring adequate documentation, data maintenance, and records are complete.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with knowledge of constructability, codes, and construction ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Fluent in business administration practices, particularly with client success.
  • Proficiency in BIM technology.
  • Experience in a global work environment.
