Relationship Manager, Endowment

Glenmede, a trusted partner for private wealth, endowment & foundation, and investment management clients, seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager, Endowment to join our team.
This role will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage endowment and foundation client relationships, meeting with CFOs, Investment Committees, Trustees, and other parties to discuss investment positioning, performance, and economic conditions.
- Present via in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings, maintaining an institutional mindset and communicating effectively with both highly sophisticated investment professionals and less investment-oriented individuals.
- Attend client functions as needed to strengthen relationships and coordinate with associates, advisory, and administrative teams to administer accounts, schedule meetings, and provide high-quality client service.
- Work with operations, performance measurement, and administration teams to meet client reporting needs and determine investment objectives, customizing Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and spending policies.
- Implement and monitor client asset allocation and manager selection, providing tailored education on equity, fixed income, hedge fund, private equity, real asset, sustainable & impact, program-related, and other investments.
- Actively participate in E&F investment committee and OCIO portfolio working group meetings, interacting with research teams on a regular basis.
- Prepare and attend customized finals presentations, articulating Glenmede's E&F investment approach, and partner with the business development team on the entirety of the sales process.
- Contribute to thought leadership, including whitepapers, webinars, and E&F / Glenmede events, and mentor support staff and colleagues as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Seven years of experience in Finance or Investments.
- Proven ability to interface with clients, deliver institutional-level service, and investment knowledge at client/prospect meetings.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide and willingness to bring new ideas to the team, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in meaningfully contributing to group discussions.
- Strong knowledge and interest in the Capital Markets and ability to understand and discuss Investment Strategy.
- CFA charterholder or other investment designation preferred.
- Experience presenting to endowment and foundation clients, and OCIO consultants, preferred.
