About the Opportunity

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc is seeking a qualified Community Living Therapist to join our team. This is a full-time position that comes with a salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per annum.

In this role, you will work with individuals in a 24/7 community-based adult residence, providing support and guidance to promote independent living and mental well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in a community-based setting
  • Promote independent living and mental well-being
  • Work closely with the treatment team and community agencies
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
