Community Living Specialist

We're seeking a Community Living Specialist to join our team at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence and overall well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support clients in developing skills for independent living, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances
- Assist clients with taking steps toward their wellness and recovery goals, including transportation to appointments and activities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help clients manage stress and other challenges
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university
- A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
