Job Description

At Broad River Rehabilitation, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OT/ OTR in Loveland, Ohio, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values employee satisfaction and patient care.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents under physician orders. You will utilize various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident's life. This may include activities such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and other daily living tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
