Join our team as a Global Sales and Marketing Strategist at inTEST Corporation. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales efforts and develop strategic plans to drive growth in the electronic test market.

This role requires a deep understanding of the electronic test industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth.

About the Company

inTEST Corporation designs and manufactures engineered solutions for ATE and other electronic test, as well as industrial process applications. Our products are used by semiconductor manufacturers to perform development, qualifying and final testing of integrated circuits (ICs) and wafers, and for other electronic test across a range of industries.

Estimated Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure includes a 20% cost share for health/medical dental and vision insurance, as well as other benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the electronic test market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and meet management objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 7 years field experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) or ATE consumable sales.
  • Must have proven record of achieving sales goals in the electronic test capital equipment market.
