Cyber Security Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at SilverSky, a global leader in cybersecurity. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving growth by supporting the sales team within a strategic partner. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with sales teams, assisting with quotes, supporting opportunity development, tracking sales target achievement, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth. Proactive engagement with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other virtual channels is essential.
Sales Opportunity Tracking:
- Use sales tools for new opportunities, generating sales quotes/proposals, and processing orders.
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Generate reports tracking opportunity progress from initial contact to closing deals.
Sales Support:
- Assist with inbound and outbound communications with customers to promote company products and services.
- Provide product overview materials, pricing information, and quotes to prospects as directed by partner sales team members.
- Coordinate the delivery of sales training on new products and services, industry trends, and competitive differentiation.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, progress, and partnership achievements.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with account executives, sales managers, and technical teams to support new business development efforts.
- Stay informed about SilverSky's product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position the company's solutions.
What We Offer:
