Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Test Solutions Manager to join our team at inTEST Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing EMS product sales and service in a designated territory, including the management and development of the sales channel.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals in the electronic test capital equipment market and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of personnel.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure includes a 20% cost share for health/medical dental and vision insurance, as well as other benefits.

About the Company

inTEST Corporation designs and manufactures engineered solutions for ATE and other electronic test, as well as industrial process applications. Our products are used by semiconductor manufacturers to perform development, qualifying and final testing of integrated circuits (ICs) and wafers, and for other electronic test across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive in making sales visits to generate new business opportunities that lead to new orders.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and meeting management objectives for a territory.
  • Development of sales strategies and tactics to increase sales to existing customers and penetrate new customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years field experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) or ATE consumable sales.
  • Must have proven record of achieving sales goals in the electronic test capital equipment market.
