Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Provide direction and support during emergency repair situations.
  • Recognize and implement improvements in processes, maintenance practices, and training initiatives for the maintenance team.
  • Enhance the performance and reliability of all production and facility machinery, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Create, implement, and oversee safety protocols and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, budgeting, and procurement.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of boiler operations.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in repairing industrial processing equipment within a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred experience in various welding methods including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
