Job Overview

Artmac Soft LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale and complex projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, schedules, and risks, as well as communicating project status to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage key project documents, including the Project Charter, Communication Plan, and Project Management Plan.
  • Aggregate detailed project schedules from various work streams and manage the overall project schedule.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule, and develop a comprehensive Risk Register.
  • Lead the project kick-off process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with objectives and timelines.
  • Use Apple-based tools to document and report project status, and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for project delivery teams, addressing project issues and risks.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical project managers to coordinate deliverable development.
  • Structure projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies depending on the project type within the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years of leading large-scale and complex programs.
  • Strong experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-functional project teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive consensus among diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Legal operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in an ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable presenting executive-level project summaries and updates.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within scope.
  • Skillset used Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Program Management, Agile Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk and Issue Management.
  • Expertise with Apple-based tools (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro) is required.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management tools.
  • Experience using Wrike to document project work (e.g., risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, tasks).
  • Past Apple experience is a plus.
