Senior Program Manager, Marketing Technology

Job Summary:We're seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and related activities. As a key member of our Marketing Technology team, you'll define and execute the vision for asset management in partnership with Marketing, Brand, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Define the strategic vision of the DAM system and manage implementation of the DAM roadmap to achieve near and long-term goals.
- Lead change management for improved governance and operational model across teams and disciplines.
- Manage a product backlog to mitigate risk and ensure successful asset and guidelines management, platform build, and ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate multiple tracks of work for the DAM platform and asset management as a gatekeeper and authority to ensure platform effectiveness, health, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' experience as a digital product owner of a cloud-based software application, including evaluation of opportunities, defining, and delivering new capabilities within the platform or via integration with other technologies.
- Demonstrated experience working with DAM systems, including technology, strategy, and operations.
- Technical expertise in software development and capabilities relevant to DAM platforms, such as asset intake and storage, taxonomy/metadata management, retrieval, distribution, and archival, including governance and operations.
- Servant leadership skills, with the ability to garner respect from partners and team members.
- Attitude of transparency, with a desire and ability to bring disclosure and transparency to the DAM team and grow trust between teams.
- Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to facilitate discussion of issues and different approaches and alternatives.
- Collaboration skills, with the ability to apply management and collaboration skills to orchestrate and maximize the work and deliverables of cross-functional teams assigned to product initiatives.
- Creativity, with the ability to think and act creatively by stepping outside standard convention and identify potential 'out of the box' solutions.
- Critical thinking and analysis skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and synthesize them to uncover trends that draw out relevant and actionable conclusions.
