Key Account Representative

As a seasoned sales professional, you will represent Building Plastics products and services in a designated geographical territory, driving profitable sales and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain rapport with existing and potential customers, presenting customized sales proposals and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities to add value, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Function as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities, analyze sales data, and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, propose solutions, and deliver value-added services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
Additional Information
This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events. Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs and time zone differences.
