Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the luxury wine accessories market. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents and developing strategies to expand our client's presence in the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets
  • Manage a team of sales agents to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Presents new product launches, promotions, and customized solutions to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Conduct product demonstrations and wine-related seminars to enhance customer and consumer knowledge of our client's corkscrews
  • Expand the customer base by building rapport with existing clients and identifying potential new accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional sales or territory management role, preferably in luxury goods or wine-related products
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, communication, and accessing sales resources
  • Availability for extensive travel throughout the East Coast region, with the ability to manage a dynamic schedule
  • Knowledge of wine culture, corkscrew functionality, and the luxury market is a strong advantage

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
