We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Accountant to join the HIROTEC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing calculations, postings, and evaluations of financial data to maintain accounting and statistical records, including the monthly closing of the general ledger.
- Analyzing financial data to detail assets, liabilities, and equity, while aiding in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports that summarize the current and projected financial standing of the company.
- Conducting audits of contracts, orders, and vouchers.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for financial statement audits.
- Collaborating with internal Project Managers to gather information for monthly revenue recognition and accruals.
- Surveying operational systems to determine organizational needs.
- Continuously assessing processes for improvements and optimization.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 4 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, consolidations, general ledger management, accounts receivable/accounts payable supervision, and job costing. CPA experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
