About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team at Dental Care at Cross Pointe. As a Business Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our front office operations, ensuring seamless patient care and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient experience by greeting and welcoming patients, creating a positive first impression of our team.
  • Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal delays.
  • Process patient insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and verify benefits and coverage.
  • Post insurance and patient payments, and process accounts receivables, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems, optimizing office potential and improving patient care.
