Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dual Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at the State of South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating dual enrollment programs, serving as a liaison between the College and school districts, and supporting registration and management of dual enrollment courses, records, and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate dual enrollment program for the College and serve as a liaison between the College and school districts to maintain and support expansion of program enrollment.
  • Support registration and management of dual enrollment courses, records, and students by communicating with external and internal educational partners.
  • Coordinate and participate in events to promote the programs and assist in the development of promotional materials.
  • Facilitate retention and completion by monitoring and coordinating communication of program completion status.
  • Develop and update procedures for a standard operating procedures manual for dual enrollment that includes an annual operations schedule.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs and/or higher education.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in dual enrollment programs.
