Produce Department Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Kroger. As a key member of our produce team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the daily operations of the produce department, including supervising associates and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and rotated.
- Train and develop associates to perform their job duties effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail or food service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
