Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Assembly: Prepare assemblies and sub-assemblies for small, single-use medical devices.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality work and detect issues with tooling, materials, processes, and quality.
- Operate Equipment: Operate production machines and electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Collaboration: Work with internal and external engineering and other support disciplines to perform troubleshooting, data collection, and resolve assembly problems.
- Adherence to Regulations: Follow Employee guidelines and Quality System Regulations as defined by Nissha Medical Technologies practices, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Experience: Previous related industry experience in medical device production is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Ability to apply principles outlined in Quality System Regulations (QSRs/GMPs), use basic hand tools, operate electrical and mechanical equipment, and interpret results.
