  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and expenses.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction.
    • Ensure that all restaurant staff are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Manage employee relations, including performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including profit and loss statements, food costs, and labor costs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Ensure that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience, including prompt service, clean and comfortable dining areas, and delicious food.
    • Manage guest complaints and feedback, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure that all restaurant staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety, sanitation, and food handling.
    • Manage and maintain all safety and sanitation equipment and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
