Pay: $32-36/hr, depending on experience
About Our Client:
Addison Group's client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support C-suite members.
Job Description:
This is a contract position with an indefinite length, fully onsite in Arlington, VA. A background check is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to C-suite leaders and the Board of Directors, including meeting materials preparation and administrative follow-up for quarterly meetings.
- Manage complex calendars and prepare both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and analysis on issues of interest to the Executive Director.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of EA experience supporting executive leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
- Strong communicator, self-starter, driven, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree required
