Job Summary

Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA) is a leading provider of executive protection services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Specialist to join our team.

As an Executive Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level security services to our clients, including threat assessment, risk management, and protection planning. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough threat assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security risks
  • Develop and implement effective protection plans to mitigate identified risks
  • Provide high-level security services to clients, including escorting, surveillance, and intelligence gathering
  • Collaborate with other GDBA teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in executive protection

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive protection or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in threat assessment and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
