For instance, we analyze issues that influence the evolution of financial markets, employing frameworks that bridge finance and industrial organization economics to assess pricing mechanisms in derivative markets.
In addition to financial markets, we explore financial economic issues across various sectors, including innovation-driven industries like life sciences and high technology, as well as energy, telecommunications, and industrial markets.
We evaluate economic implications in the context of potential mergers, allegations of anticompetitive behavior, and the effects of intellectual property violations. Furthermore, we investigate marketing and economic concerns arising from claims of deceptive marketing or false advertising.Key Responsibilities:
