Role Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and forecasting initiatives for the business unit, encompassing revenue, expenses, and workforce planning.
- Compile, assess, and disseminate monthly financial reports to senior leadership, delivering insightful analysis.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and investigate unexpected variances.
