Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Contact Center team members, including new hire training and professional development courses.
  • Curriculum Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and update training curriculum to ensure it is effective and relevant to the needs of our team members.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing knowledge of adult learning theories and implementation.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all training programs meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze training effectiveness and provide regular reports to management on training metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience, particularly in the customer service and/or call center field.
  • Travel: Up to 30% of the time, with durations of stay for extended overnight periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
