- Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner with our line service team to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
- Facilities Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.
- Customer Focus: Possess a natural ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in person, over the phone, and through radio communications.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs.
- Mathematical Knowledge: Possess basic mathematical skills and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Language Skills: Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to various weather conditions and direct contact with moving and non-moving aircraft. The physical demands of this role include lifting up to 25 pounds, standing to greet customers, and walking throughout the facility to interact with customers.
Reporting Relationship and Work ScheduleThis position reports to the Customer Service Manager and requires shift work, including evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.
