VIP Ambassador

Island View Casino Resort is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused VIP Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to VIP patrons, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Check in and check out VIP patrons in accordance with Island View standards
* Serve as a resource for guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services and amenities
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel policies, procedures, and services
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy
* Cash handling and hotel experience a plus
* Flexible hours to work
* Must be 21 years of age with a valid state-issued ID
* Must meet requirements to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge
