Island View Casino Resort is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused VIP Representative to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

The VIP Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Check in and check out VIP patrons in accordance with Island View standards
* Serve as an information resource for guest inquiries
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy
* Cash handling and hotel experience a plus
* Flexible hours to work
* Must be 21 years of age with a valid state-issued ID
* Must meet requirements to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge
