Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our events and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support events in various capacities, including setup, teardown, and problem-solving
  • Gain proficiency with Fooda's technology and standard operating procedures
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and restaurant arrivals
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale systems and TV menu boards
  • Conduct promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed
  • Assist with barista responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • High energy and ability to interact with others
  • Savvy with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and able to find solutions under pressure
  • Strong communication and self-starting skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a Type-A personality
  • Ability to navigate local territory efficiently and have a reliable vehicle
  • Prior catering or serving experience is strongly preferred
