Key Responsibilities
  • Tenant Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
  • Financial Management: Administer rent collection, expense payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct daily building walkthroughs, identify and address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Lease Administration: Assist with lease preparation, execution, and renewal, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $30,000 per year.
  • Part-time hours per week.
