- Health Education: Educate patients and their families on various health conditions, disease prevention, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications, empowering our patients to actively participate in their own care.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, LPN/MAs, and other health professionals to coordinate care, share information, and ensure seamless continuity of patient treatment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, participate in professional development opportunities, and share your knowledge with colleagues to continuously improve patient care.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a primary care or outpatient clinic
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices
