Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care, prioritizing patient needs and responding to changes in their status.
- Provide triage and consultation services to patients, families, and caregivers, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications, perform laboratory procedures, and assist with procedures and surgeries as needed.
- Develop and implement patient education plans, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to manage their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of our clinical practices and patient outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within six months of hire.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
