Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical, educational, and operational support to assist the district in meeting sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and sales representatives, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to customers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to promote the use of Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
  • Provide operational support to the district, including managing inventory and coordinating logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or clinical research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management products and technologies.
  • IBHRE certification.
