Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates urgent shipping requests in collaboration with transportation teams, ensuring timely order processing.
  • Addresses and resolves billing or service-related complaints, directing service failure issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
  • Manages customer orders and receipts, running inventory reports to verify product availability.
  • Prepares all necessary documentation and information for customer work orders, ensuring special requests are noted and inventory records are updated.
  • Exhibits exceptional work ethic and customer service capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
