Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates urgent shipping requests in collaboration with transportation teams, ensuring timely order processing.
- Addresses and resolves billing or service-related complaints, directing service failure issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Manages customer orders and receipts, running inventory reports to verify product availability.
- Prepares all necessary documentation and information for customer work orders, ensuring special requests are noted and inventory records are updated.
- Exhibits exceptional work ethic and customer service capabilities.

- Maintains a positive demeanor and demonstrates initiative.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience and/or training.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
