Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone and in-person to sell, make reservations, process payments, and provide information about our services.
- Field customer questions and issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve concerns.
- Process daily cash reports and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize various computer programs to manage customer interactions and data.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
