About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Raytheon as a Test Engineer - CCM High Mix. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the 2nd shift production floor of CCM High Mix in a test engineering capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train test operators and troubleshoot test equipment and production hardware.
  • Analyze systemic production failures and identify trends in defects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and prevent future issues.
  • Develop and maintain production test procedures.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to integrate process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with RF testing equipment.
  • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience preparing and executing procedures.
  • Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and operate under minimal supervision.
