Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Validation Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our production floor, you will be responsible for supporting the 2nd shift production floor of CCM High Mix in a test engineering capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train test operators on test procedures and equipment
  • Troubleshoot test equipment and production hardware issues
  • Analyze systemic production failures and implement corrective actions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements
  • Maintain and improve production test procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or advanced degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with RF testing equipment and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
