Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Validation Engineer II to join our Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) Test Engineering team at Raytheon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of test procedures for various effectors (missile) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog, and Digital hardware for various effectors (missile) programs.
  • Work closely with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of test procedures.
  • Interpret test requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, and document test practices.
  • Analyze data to drive issues to root cause and generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production test process.
  • Develop and execute improvement projects to increase first pass yield and engage with Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting production.
  • Ensure hardware requirements are met and processes are followed, and assist manufacturing operators in the testing and troubleshooting of production hardware.
  • Travel as required to support production test on multiple functional test platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, OneNote).
  • RF, analog, and digital test/troubleshooting skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to enhance manufacturing test methods through process modernization.
  • Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to help develop the team's bench strength.
  • Software skills (Labview, MATLAB, C, Linux) a plus.
  • Active SECRET clearance.
