In the role of Sales Operations Associate, you will be pivotal in enhancing sales for Small Business, Public, and Corporate sectors by delivering essential administrative and operational assistance to our leading sales professionals.

This position offers an in-depth understanding of CDW's sales cycle processes and the chance to cultivate a robust network across various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to CDW sales representatives.
  • Handle order entry tasks, including installations, contract additions, and bids.
  • Process web orders efficiently.
  • Address basic sales reporting requests.
  • Serve as the primary contact for order status inquiries, customer relations, and ICAN facilitation, including necessary follow-ups with external customers.
  • Manage customer service requests and return merchandise authorizations.
  • Oversee special pricing programs and deal registrations, such as HP Big Deal Contract and Cisco OIP.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly.
  • Administer bids and contracts.
  • Track price and freight adjustments.
  • Manage incoming Sales Purchase Orders.
  • Follow up on estimated arrival times for back-ordered items.
  • Maintain daily sales order routers and sales order manager screens.
  • Provide administrative support for customer visits.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in Sales Support, Operations, or Customer Service.

Essential Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities.
  • Proficiency in various order systems and quick adaptability to new processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • One year of sales experience.
  • Experience with SPS.
