Business Manager at the Archdiocese of St. Louis
We are seeking a committed Business Manager to become part of our team at the Archdiocese of St. Louis. In this role, you will oversee the financial, personnel, and administrative functions of the parish, ensuring smooth operations that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial reporting and budgeting activities
- Manage personnel and coordinate payroll processes
- Administer parish office functions and supervise administrative duties
- Ensure the maintenance and security of facilities
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in business management
- Understanding of accounting principles and facilities management
- Experience in staff supervision and management
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong faith and active participation in the Catholic Church
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities, and uphold confidentiality
Collaborative Relationships:
- Work effectively with the Pastor, department leaders, and external partners
- Address personnel matters and collaborate with various parish organizations
- Build strong relationships with contractors and vendors
